ACIMGA, the association representing the Italian manufacturers of machinery for the graphic, paper-processing and converting industry is part of Federmacchine and other qualified  network as Federation of the paper and graphics Industry, Italian Institute of packaging and the  international  association  Globalprint and Eumaprint.

Italy is leader in producing machinery for rotogravure, flexographic and converting and has always been strongly inclined toward exports, with about 150 Italian industrial sized companies (with a workforce of about 7,000 employees).

There are  also  many medium-size and small firms specialized in technology  that creating a winning synergy based on organizational evolution, innovation and technological development.

About  outlet markets 70% of  turnover is  absorbed from packing and packaging,  20% is destinated  for  graphic arts industry and  the rest is for  various sectors.
ACIMGA members represent more than 60% of the industry turnover and exporting over 80%.
